	Crane Boyd Crane grew up in Kingstree, South Carolina attending both public schools and college in SC. Growing up in a small rural community allowed him to play sports, hunt and fish on the family farm. He spent many years as a financial advisor until he decided to use his passion for the outdoors to work connecting sportsmen with properties they can use for recreation or development. He currently lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and has two daughters.



	Jeff Wiggins Jeff grew up in Eutawville, SC in lower Orangeburg County. After graduating from Clemson in 1985, he helped manage the family farm and AG supply business before starting his real estate career in 1988, specializing in farm timber land sales. For several years he was the land acquisition manager for a national home builder for the coastal region. He is a licensed Broker in SC, NC and GA. He is active in the Rural Land Institute and working on his coveted Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation. He currently lives in Summerville with his wife Sarah and their three children.

	David Madison A native Virginian, Dave grew up hunting and fishing the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. As a senior advisor to numerous Fortune 500 clients he brings over 20 years experience to Carolina Choice. Dave currently resides in Mt. Pleasant and Kingstree, SC and has two daughters Lily (8) and Grace (3). He holds degrees in both Economics and Finance.
